White rice cooked with Ethiopian spices and served with vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, cabbage, and more
Injera (flatbread) served with the following sauces:
Golden, crispy fries smothered in melted cheese, topped green onions, bacon, and ranch. Topped with a drizzle of creamy ranch
Crispy tortilla chips piled with melted cheese, and toppings of your choice (tomatoes, jalapenos, sour cream, etc.). *Chicken or beef toppings available upon request

Ethiopian wheat bread baked in banana leaves
Tortilla filled with ground beef with melted cheese and seasoned with Ethiopian spices

Nicely cut fried potatoes
