Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please let us know immediately.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Incorrect order or missing items.
A product is deemed unsatisfactory due to preparation or quality issues (e.g., undercooked or spoiled food).
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: We regret that we cannot provide refunds for the following

Food that has been partially consumed or altered after purchase.

Refund Process:

For cash transactions, refunds may require the customer to return to the food truck location.

Exchanges: If feasible, we may replace the item instead of issuing a refund. Replacements are subject to the availability of ingredients and preparation time.
