1. General

  • These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Hali-Ruth Eatery and its customers.
  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at our discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting at our location or website.

2. Food and Beverage Policy

  • All menu items are subject to availability. Ingredients and preparation methods may vary due to seasonal or local supply constraints.
  • While we aim to cater to dietary preferences and allergies, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any specific dietary restrictions before placing an order.

Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please let us know immediately.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect order or missing items.
  • A product is deemed unsatisfactory due to preparation or quality issues (e.g., undercooked or spoiled food).
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: We regret that we cannot provide refunds for the following

  • Orders not picked up within the agreed timeframe.
  • Any issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong delivery details, miscommunication about allergies or dietary restrictions).
  • Food that has been partially consumed or altered after purchase.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For cash transactions, refunds may require the customer to return to the food truck location.

Exchanges: If feasible, we may replace the item instead of issuing a refund. Replacements are subject to the availability of ingredients and preparation time.
